Hmmm... here is my list of fave dark rides.

1) Harry Potter & The Forbidden Journey (Islands Of Adventure)
2) Dinosaur (Animal Kingdom)
3) The Amazing Spiderman (Islands of Adventure)
4) Test Track (That counts as a dark ride right?) (Ecpot)
5) Space Mountain (technically a black hole but whatever) (Magic Kingdom)

It sucks that Canada's Wonderland only has Boo Blasters on Boo Hill as a dark ride... there could be some great outcome if they make a better dark ride at Wonderland.

If Hex at Alton Towers counts, then that's my one.

Space Mountain (Disney World)
Haunted Mansion (Disney World)
I can't remember the name of it, but the que line goes through a UFO, and the coaster takes you inside and all you see are stars(lights) at Kings Dominion.... Has anybody else been there and remember the name? It's been awhile since I was there.. back in 1995-96 maybe.

Dinosaur (Disney's Animal Kingdom) and Kingdom of Dinosaurs (Knott's Berry Farm). As I'm sure you can tell, dinosaurs are going to be pretty important to how much I like this game. If there are any animatronics or even just static statues, that's what I'd want most.

Dinosaur (Disney's Animal Kingdom) and Kingdom of Dinosaurs (Knott's Berry Farm).

Best part of Dinosaur is the wall of on-ride photographs at the exit station. The kid's reactions when they see the T-Rex (aka camera), is spit your coffee out  hilarious.

Lol I don't drink coffee so I wouldn't go that far, but I know what you're coming from... had that kind of reaction in March 2007 when I went for the first time (I believe I was 8 ).

Technically, Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland, CA is a dark ride. So, that's my favorite. Palaeosaurus also had a very good one.

I haven't been on too many dark rides (maybe a couple), but I remember my favourite as being the haunted mansion at WDW Florida. The effects were really great, and the whole attraction itself was done very well :)

It sucks that Canada's Wonderland only has Boo Blasters on Boo Hill as a dark ride... there could be some great outcome if they make a better dark ride at Wonderland.

It's a good ride and I enjoy it, but the line up for it moves too slow IMO (I've usually waited an hour and a half for the ride :()

No Ellen's energy adventure? lol

Dinosaur and Indiana Jones are the same ride system and layout just like Spiderman and Transformers over at Universal. As far as Spidy vs Transformers I can't decide which I like better. The pacing in TF is better but Spidy has more physical sets.

I like old fashioned dark rides ,like the haunted mansion at Knoebles , or any other ghost train type rides you see at carnivals. Yes, they're not very scary compared to modern rides, but who cares ,I just like 'em! :)

Having been to Disneyland Paris it would be Crush's coaster, Peter Pan's flight, Pirates of the Caribbean and Space mountain (love the music for that).
