To open your park and ride the rides with your guests, just click on the
ticket Icon on the top toolbar, that will put you into first person guest mode.
Pay attention to the pop-up box, it will tell you how to navigate in this mode.
The easiest way to adjust the speed of the lift hill or launch is to:
- Click on the light blue node just after the lift hill or launch
- Then on the coaster menu toolbar, click on the node button
this is a small white ball
- Next a box will open called Segment Properties! You need to look in
the white area towards the bottom of the box where you see + Accelerator and
- Click on the + Accelerator (+) and check that enabled = True
- Use the Torque setting to make it go faster or slower! The default is 25.
higher values will increase the speed and lower values will decrease the
- You can limit the maximum speed with the Max Speed setting.
There were a half dozen parks in the pre-build parks menu, but they
were removed because the new technology added to TPS stopped them working correctly,
as they were created long ago. Once they have been updated to work with the
newer version of Theme Park Studio, they will be back.
However in the mean time, I do have lots of parks I've built myself!! They work with the latest version of TPS v0.05.
The first is a small park with a few Flat Rides and a Wooden Coaster
you'll get it here:https://www.dropbox.com/s/7zki38lce3cdmwa/Pauls%20park%202%20%28small%20build%200.5%29.tpsprj?dl=0
The second is a medium sized park with new Flat Rides, Bumper
Boats and Go Carts there is also one coaster in there too.
You'll get That here:https://www.dropbox.com/s/lwezdc88d6imttb/Pauls%20Medium%20Starter%20Park%20v6.tpsprj?dl=0
If you download them, you can open them like any other park you have saved.
Just click on File > Open or click the little folder icon on the toolbar, then look for the location where you downloaded them to, usually your Downloads folder.
I hope you enjoy them!
If you need more information, just ask and I'll help you.
