I know exactly what you are talking about! They have one at Busch Gardens Williamsburg as well. I believe the Intamin models are called "Panoramic Flight Simulators", but they are made by other manufacturers as well I think.

I downloaded one for RCT3 a few years ago and it was just a custom ride. So if you can do it in RCT3, you can definitely do it in TPS. You would just have to model/animate it or whatever you have to do to build a custom flat ride.
