Cheat Sheet!
« on: February 28, 2014, 11:39:35 AM »
Got tired of going through PDF after PDF to remember how to do something, so I went ahead and made a cheat sheet of the different keys and mouse stuff. If you think something should be added, please let m know!

That's great!  I just downloaded it, and I'm sure many others will find this useful too.

Okay, those controls do not look too bad. Though it would be nice if that cheat sheet was part of the game, like if I wanted to manually select a button with my mouse to say scale something, I know its not very ideal, but it goes a long way to getting someone to learn the shortcuts quicker. I'd still want to learn these, but I doubt I would remeber it all at once!

I like this, it's a big help!  Thanks!

^ I agree, if this could be put in the game as a guide it would be nice.

I suggested a hot key cheat sheet as part of my alpha testing feedback. I even sent them a great example and they loved the idea so I'm sure they will add it sometime soon. :)

Thank you for this. What font size did you use as I find it hard to read. Is there any possibility of making it larger?

It's Ariel. Looks like I got room to up the font size a some without expanding it beyond a single page. It's all written in HTML. I want to do some clean up on it and make it work more cross-browser (using some CSS3 selectors right now that aren't available in all browsers). Then people can just hit the website and do a print of the page. Most likely I'll put the whole thing on Github so other people can contribute to it and help make this thing grow, especially as new features are released.
