I Agree.

There is a modular building system. Also if you know how to use an external modeling program, such as Blender, 3DSMax, or sketchup you can make them externally and import them into the game.

On Theme Park Studio can I custom build restroom, restaurant, and gift shop?

Great news and I'm happy that TPS is still working on the issues!

Ah ok I didn't realise there was a special VR build.

I have already signed up for VR testing.  I have received 2 emails.  Going back through the emails I don't see a link to download the VR build?

Try this:
1.Run SteamVR.
2.Before running Theme Park Studio, right click on Theme Park Studio and select ‘Properties’.
3. Uncheck "Use Desktop Game Theater while SteamVr is inactive"
4.Launch Theme Park Studio

As to the script error message, just click on the "x" to close.

the reason you are not running in Vr, is that you are not running the vr build.

Sign up for VR testing at http://www.instant.ly/s/8yq8q and you will be sent a link.

I cannot get TPS to open in VR.  I am using windows 10 with an Oculus rift and GTX 980

This is what I am doing

1) Open Oculus home

2) Open virtual desktop

3) Open Steam

4) Open steam VR

5) Go to Library

6) Go to games

7) Go to Theme Park Studio

8) I then have an option to play in theatre (I have unchecked "Use Desktop Game Theater while SteamVr is inactive")

9) I click on play in theatre

After doing that

In the Oculus headset I go back to the initial Steam VR screen.  It’s a grey room with a graphic of the rift sensor.

On my monitor I see

If I try and open theme park studio without first opening steam VR I get the following error message

“Theme park studio does not support VR.  It will appear on your desktop and may affect VR performance.”

What am I doing wrong?

ennogs, here is how you do it:

1.Run SteamVR.
2. Before running Theme Park Studio, right click on Theme Park Studio and select ‘Properties’.
3. Uncheck "Use Desktop Game Theater while SteamVr is inactive"
4.Launch Theme Park Studio

Hope that helps, if you still have any problems we are happy to help.
